Challenge:
Naväge aimed to boost the impact of their email opt-in rates as the brand looked to build a robust subscriber base for future marketing campaigns. They sought expert guidance from CCC to maximize their email channel, integrate holistic marketing strategies, and synergize their campaigns.

Solution:
CCC’s Lifecycle Marketing team leveraged Klaviyo’s advanced AI capabilities to set up an A/B test evaluating different newsletter popup variations. These included basic popups, flyouts, teasers, seasonal themes, and incentive-based popups. Each of the 8 variants were meticulously designed to test elements such as placement, copy, visual appeal, and incentives.

Each variation was manually weighted equally to ensure a balanced test. CCC monitored unique views, submissions, and submit rates across these variations to determine the most effective approach.

Results:

10x increase in submit rate for Modal #7. The winning variant included a seasonal theme and a 10% discount, significantly boosting user engagement resulting in annualized list growth
